I just totally almost burnt the house down ahhh. Im boiling a dozen eggs to use throughout the week. And boiling some water in a kettle for some tea. Apparently, I am not intelligent enough to perform these two tasks at once! I walked away to go pee and when I walked back I noticed smoke in the air. Look at the sttove. There's a fire ahhh. I turned the wrong burner on. Instead of the one for the kettle I had turned the one on where the empty egg caton was sitting ready to fill with boiled eggs. Woot for me
